The Toronto Police Pipe Band was proud to once again start off the 107th Toronto Santa Claus Parade – This year, the band also traveled to Cobourg to participate in that City’s annual parade.

Brian began playing the Highland Bagpipe at the age of 13 years, and was originally taught by his uncle, former Pipe Major John MacDonald. Over the course of the following twenty years, Brian has been an active member of the TPPB. He was the Pipe Major of the Band's Grade 4 and up graded 3 bands from 1998 to until that band's final year in 2002. In 2007, Brian became the Pipe Major of the latest TPPB grade 3 band and is looking forward to the 2010 Competition Season.
